list all exploits on a ip or on a lib file path

converts scan_address output to a map easier to process

basically the ps command, but it shows a bar of the cpu and memory usage usage

improved decypher, now it accepts a password as param, multiple passwords as params or a file, it will also cache all the encrypted passwords on a file located in home/user/Config/decypherTable.

Fixed chmod to work with 777 format instead of u+rwx.
